I purchased this crib for my son who was born November 2019. After approximately 2 years of use, the wooden stretcher across the front of the crib / toddler bed has split where the bolts engage. After speaking with customer service, the wooden components of the crib, which make up the majority of the structure of this product, are not covered under the warranty. I was then advised to place an order for replacement parts, which I did. After several weeks I called for an update on my order, this product is now discontinued and the part that is damaged is not available. The stretcher adds stability to the crib once converted to a toddler bed. Without this, the crib seems unstable when my child climbs in and out of bed.

the Roland crib was so easy to put together and is made of sturdy wood. We opened the box which everything is packed well and the instructions were easy to follow. The crib is beautiful and love the fact that the crib will grow with our little boy! Highly recommended!
