I purchased the Legacy Chelsea Gray set. The whole set crib, dresser, 5 drawer chest, night stand. I love it. the quality is great, customer service is great. I was and still am pleased with everything. BUT, I purchased the toddler bed rail. it didn't come with hardware. So I figured I can use the hardware when I take of the front (foot board) The allen screws I could reuse but not the connector nuts from foot board because they came embedded in the toot board. I called Child Craft to ask whether I should pry them out and reuse them. They told me NO I should've have received extra when in the hardware kit when I first purchased the crib. It didn't. Anyway long story short I had to purchase a new hardware kit for $16. After I spent THOUSANDS for the whole set. They are making me purchase a hardware set when I only need 4 connector nuts. SERIOUSLY!!! Well since I have a complete EXTRA hardware set I won't have this problem when I go to purchase the bed rails.
