Child Craft wants you to be delighted with your purchase.
We know things happen during transit from our warehouse to your home. So for damaged or missing parts, or if you need assembly assistance, feel free to contact us at our toll-free number, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) 877-716-2757 or anytime by email.
For returns, simply contact our customer service center to receive a return authorization number. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation as we are not liable for returned packages until they are verified to be in our possession. Used and fully assembled items cannot be returned. Note: the return shipping charge is your responsibility.
If for any reason you decide not to assemble this product, contact the Customer Service Department to arrange a return within 60 days of date of invoice for credit consideration. Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in the original box(es) as received. All paperwork should be included with your return to ensure a prompt and accurate credit. Upon receipt of return, we will inspect your return to ensure that it abides by our return policy. If your return is in good order, the credit card and card number used to purchase your merchandise will be credited. Any credit will be less the original shipping charges (this shipping cost is calculated on UPS Ground rates). This process can take up to 4 weeks after we receive your return. All returns received that do not abide by our return policy will be held until the customer sends us a prepaid label to return the merchandise to them. This typically applies to used merchandise.
If delivery of the furniture has been refused due to damage during transit, please contact Customer Service immediately to arrange replacement or credit.
