Baby Registry Guide

Baby on board!? Having a baby on the way is such an exciting (and nerve wracking) experience. You may feel like there are a million things to do but one of the most important items are your to-do list is making sure you have everything you need for baby’s arrival. Your friends and family are over the moon to pick out gifts for you and baby but putting together a baby registry is a daunting task. When to Register

There is no real right or wrong answer for when to start your baby registry. Some mamas start going through their registry checklist at about 12 weeks, others wait up until a few weeks before their shower! Either way, building a baby registry takes a substantial amount of work - you could never imagine how much stuff such a tiny human can need!

If you feel some items you choose will be influenced by the baby’s sex (i.e. designs/colors), you will want to wait to create the registry until you get the news. This usually happens around 20 weeks. But don’t wait too much longer after finding out, you will want to give yourself plenty of time to research all the gear you will need and decide which items are going to be essential! You will also want to give your guests ample time to browse your registry and pick out the perfect gift for baby!

There are tons of stores (both online and conventional) available to you that offer registry set-up. You’ll have plenty of options when it comes time to build you registry.
